• Processing time does not include shipping time.
• During high-volume periods or promotions, processing times may be extended.

Order Accuracy
• Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address at checkout.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
• Dime Luxe Extensions is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once marked as delivered by the carrier.
• Any delivery issues must be resolved directly with the shipping carrier.
Shipping Fees
• Shipping fees are non-refundable.
• Refused or returned packages due to incorrect address or delivery failure will not be resent.
International Shipping (if applicable)
• International customers are responsible for customs fees, duties, and taxes.
• We are not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.
