Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
Processing time does not include shipping time.
During high-volume periods or promotions, processing times may be extended.
Shipping Time
Shipping timeframes are estimates provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed.
Once an order has shipped, delivery times are outside of our control.
Order Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address at checkout.
We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
Address changes are not guaranteed once an order is placed.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
Dime Luxe Extensions is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once marked as delivered by the carrier.
Any delivery issues must be resolved directly with the shipping carrier.
Shipping Fees
Shipping fees are non-refundable.
Refused or returned packages due to incorrect address or delivery failure will not be resent.
International Shipping (if applicable)
International customers are responsible for customs fees, duties, and taxes.
We are not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.

Tracking information will be sent via email once your order has shipped.
