What type of hair do you sell?

We offer two collections:

• Signature Collection — Raw Vietnamese (highest quality, unprocessed, long-lasting)

• Everyday Luxe Collection — Virgin hair for effortless daily wear

How many bundles do I need?

10–18” → 2–3 bundles

20–26” → 3 bundles

28–30” → 3–4 bundles for fullness

If installing frontals → add ½–1 bundle for volume

Can the hair be colored?

Yes. Both Raw & Virgin can be colored and toned professionally.

For best results, we recommend a licensed stylist for lightning + color services.

How long does the hair last?

• Raw Vietnamese → 2–3+ years with proper care

• Virgin → 6–12 months with daily wear + maintenance

Does it shed or tangle?

Minimal shedding and tangling is normal, similar to natural hair.

Proper detangling, nightly wrapping, and heat protection extend lifespan.

Can I use heat on the hair?

Yes — the hair straightens, curls & styles beautifully.

Always use a heat protectant and avoid daily high heat for longevity.

What’s the difference between Raw vs Virgin?

Raw = unprocessed, true donor, natural texture, longest lifespan, luxury

Virgin = lightly processed for uniform texture, soft & silky, perfect for daily wear

Do you ship?

Yes — orders ship nationwide.

Shipping rates + estimated times shown at checkout.

How long is processing time?

Processing time is 1–2 business days (tracking emailed once shipped).

During high-volume drops/holidays, please allow slight delays.

Are returns or exchanges accepted?

For hygiene + quality reasons, all sales are final once opened, worn, installed, altered, or colored.

Bundles must remain in original condition & packaging for any exchange request
